 Dr. John Sweeney, Senior Pastor

November 11, 1944  --- May 17, 2010

'Well done, good and faithful servant. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.'  Matt 25:21

Pastor John Sweeney was laid to rest at the Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens Cemetary on May 28. Dr. Byron Schortinghouse, Arizona District Superintendent, officiated the celebration of Pastor John's life.  In accordance with the family's wishes, we have established a Memorial account to benefit the Africa East Partnership which furnishes holiness training and other special projects in the Africa East region.  Pastor John had traveled there and taught national pastors at the seminars.  100% of any donations received will be used on this mission field.

Please keep Beth and her children in your prayers.  Also, please keep the Church Board in your prayers as they begin the search for a pastor.
